Camping Rules & Guidelines

On arrival at the festival inform security that you are booked in for camping and follow the one-way system. You will be directed to the camping field by our stewards who will also allocate you a camping pitch and your camping wristbands.

Please be aware of pedestrians and other festival goers at all times.  Vehicle speed limit is restricted to 5MPH at all times for the duration of the event.

No cars are permitted onto the camping field at any time. There is a time limited unloading area for tents and equipment so please unload you vehicle as promptly as possible and then move it to the onsite car park.

Motorhomes and camper vans will be positioned in a separate field to the rear of the play area.

The information point at the entrance to the camping area is manned by stewards during the day and security staff at night.

First-aid information, toilets, fire extinguishers and refuse disposal provision is also available in this area.

Additional toilets are available opposite the drop off / pickup point.

Hot showers are provided in the football club for a modest fee between the hours of 8am-12pm

Open fires are prohibited at all times.

BBQs are only allowed in the campsite in approved above ground containers.

Please ensure all BBQs or stoves are extinguished and stored safely after use.

Camping gas stoves are permitted providing they are operated safely as per the manufacturers instructions.

Our Night security team are on regular patrol from Midnight to 7am to ensure your safety.

Anyone causing a disturbance or nuisance to other guests will be referred to event management and may be asked to leave site.

The event management’s decision is final.

Please use the dedicated pedestrian crossing point when moving from the campsite to the festival arena and keep to the marked footpaths at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

The Welsh Perry & Cider Society festival is a family event and we want everyone to enjoy themselves and get home safely so please be considerate to your neighbours on the campsite and in local community by placing all your rubbish in the bins and skips provided and keeping campsite noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm & 7am.

If you are camping for a single night, please be aware that you must vacate the camping field by 1pm on the day following your overnight stay.  All campers must be vacated from site by 8pm on Monday 25th May.

If you have any queries or questions, please ask one of our stewards.
